New Ohio Ethics Laws for PE and PS

In January of 2023, Ohio Governor Mike Dewine signed into law Senate Bill 288. Although this legislation made headlines for its strengthening of Ohio’s “texting while driving” laws, it also enacted some new requirements relevant to Professional Engineers and Surveyors.
